La Asomada Property.
La Asomada is another unspoilt area of Lanzarote. Set on a hillside up behind Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero there are fantastic views out to sea. A hire car would be recommended to anyone holidaying or living in this area as local bus services are a little lacking. Still this area is pretty central and close to the main roads taking you into Puerto del Carmen in a matter of minutes and only a few driving minutes more will take to the airport and then onto the Deiland shopping centre in Playa Honda.
La Asomada still has a very authentic Lanzarote island feel which has not changed too dramatically over the past years.
La Asomada property for sale is normally of a larger and better quality and therefore the prices reflect this. The market starts at around 450,000 euros or about £300,000. For this you will get a good sized finca with swimming pool, plenty of land, garage etc all built to a high standard.
For many people La Asomada is unique with the combination of views, quick access to Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero plus a peaceful and unspoilt aspect.
