Las Brenas is located near Femes and Yaiza. It is a small traditional village with a church. The location of Las Brenas is raised up a few hundred metres and thus affords it some lovely views of the nearby Timanfaya national park, the dramatic black Janubio beach and the salt flats in front. Sunset can be a very beautiful event from Las Brenas as the orange shades reflect of the salt plant.
