Puerto Calero is one of Lanzarote's two luxury marinas. Located about 5 kilometres south of Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero is a lovely place to spend some time. The marina is home to a few hundred beautiful yachts and various other type of water craft. You will find two luxury hotels, one with a great Spa. Along the Puerto Calero quayside are a great selection of restaurants, bars, shops and water excursions.

Property for sale in Puerto Calero starts pretty much front line with apartments above the quayside shops. Travel a little inland and the luxury really starts to kick in, with some spectacular residences suite to the rich and famous. Puerto Calero in general exudes luxury and all things maritime. The whole developement was planned as a luxury marina and so is well layed out and nicely put together with properties prices very achievable this location could suit anyone however the lack of its own sandy beach may make it more suited to the adult visitor.
